"No reparation. "Tho abandonment of France's claim to Alsace-Lorraine. "No dismemberment of Germany's allies. . . . . . "Recognition of the claim that Germany did not cause the war/' —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ' . .... BULGAR QUEEN DYING (Rec. September 13, 9.10 p.m.) Amsterdam, September 12. Sofia reports that the Queen of Bulgaria is dying—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
