AMERICA'S WAR BOND BILL. (Rec. September 7, 1.5 a.m.) Washington, September 0. Agreement amongst tlie leaders has as. sural the passage of the War Bond Bill for 11,538,000,000 dollars (,£2,307,(i00,000), the largest financial appropriation ever proposed. It includes four billions advanced to the Allies. Mr. M'Adoo (the Federal Treasurer) has ann&unced additional loans of one hundred millions each to Britain and Trance.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
