DUNEDIN MANUFACTURERS' RESO- - LUTION, BOARD HIGHLY NECESSARY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, August 31. The Dunedin Manufacturers' Association has passed a resolution expressing the opinion that a continuance- of the National Efficiency Board .is highly necessary in the interests of industry during the war, as the information collected by such a tody must be of the greatest «lue to the Government, to manufacturers, and to the industrial community generally.
