FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for variable breezes giving place to moderate to strong wcsterliea. Weather changeable, but fair to olondy conditions predominating. Barometer little movement at present. Scattered showers fell during Monday night, but the weather has improved today.
