PERSECUTIONS OF GREEKS EX'UBRMINATiiVU THE RACE IN TURKEY. Athens, August 23. 11. Folitis (Minister of Foreign Affairs) laid before tiio Chamber four now documents, proving conclusively that the ]iersecutions of Greeks in Asia Minor were carried out in accordance with a plan for tho extermination of the Greek race in Turkoy. The German Central Staff dovised and aided in supervising the execution of the plan. The Turkish and German Ministers admitted the facts to a Greek Minister at Constantinople.--'Tho '"Times."
