ROSE AND CARNATION CLUB
The WelliTifrton Hose and Carnation Club is to bo informed by tho City Council that their request to be allowed to incluuo a small area to the northward oi' tlio present "Zoo" rosery in the larger garden has been acceded to, and that as soon as tho necessary filling is completed the ground will be handed over to tho club.
