LADIES' ASSOCIATIONS. .The sixth series of matches in tlie first round were played at Karori Park on Saturday. Tho match, University A v. itamblers A, was very interesting, Ramblers proving the better team, aril-winning by 5 goals to 3. Girls' College A had an easy inn over Jluatahi by 5 goals to nil. Girls College B defeated University B by u goajs to 1, while in the junior game Te Aro School defeated Girls' College by 5 to Jill.
SENIORS. Ramblers A V. University. From the bully-off, Ramblers took charge, and witiun a few minutes had two goals, Miss Williams scoring both. For a time play was very even, and then from a forward rush Miss Tarraut scored for University. Just before half-time Miss Williams added another goal for Ramblers. In tho second-half play -was very fast, both sides showing good combination. The passing and defence of both sides was very sound. Each team scored two goals. Misses and Tarrant for University and Miss Williams (2) for Ramblers were the Mr. Manning had charge of the game. Wellington Girls' College A. V Huatahi. The College girls had all the best of tho play, and won by five to nil. The scorers were Misses Geddis (4) and Grant (1). Mr. Marshall was referee. 1 Wellington Girls' College B. V. University B Girls' Cci'ege, after a good game, won by two grails to one. The scorers were Miss Alexander (2) for College, and Miss Priestley (1) for University. Mr. Selig was referee. JUNIOR. In the junior game, To Aro School v. Wellington Girls' 'College, the School players had all the best of the game, winning by five to nil. The scorers were Htescs Martin (2), Wallis (2), and Leak (1). Mr. M'Miilan was referee.
