FORECAST AND SUMMARY ' AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for northerly and westerly galos and stormy weather. Heavy rain is probable generally with rivers, flooded in many parts, particularly in districts with a ■ ■westerly ■ aspect. The westerly disturbance now ruling is apparently a very extensivo one, and the barometer is likely to fall further everywhere and become very low in the south. i Strong and squally westerly winds have predominated and unsettled weaCer has prevailed with rain in most parts of tho country.
