Second Division—-It is not a question of what New Zealand lias dono but what she is still able to du. The person you refer to has already cffered his services, and is still ready to serve when called on. Returned Soldier.—lt does not follow that members of the Second Division are shirkers because they claim that their fauiiiles should be adequately provided for. Every credit is one to the single men who enlisted voluntarily, but it is unwise and unfair to draw comparisons in the manner you have done. R.X.—Judgment was given for defendant.
