Best bullocks .£lB 10s., .£2O, extra £2i 7s. 6d., good £16 10s., ,£lB, medium £U, £15 55.; best cows and heifers, J3IG.. good £n 10s., .£l3 10s., medium ,£9 10s., MO 10s. Sheep.— 2394 penned. A fair proportion, wero good and the'deniand was keen Freezing buyers were operating freely within, limits. Prices at the commencement' were Is. above late rates, but afterwards receded to tbo previous level. Pest wethers, 425., lis 6d., extra Ms. Gd., good 375., 88s., HffM 325. 6d., Us. 6d.; best ewes, 385., 425., extra 495., good 345., 3f0., modiuim 80s., 325.; light 235. Gd., 255. Lambs.— m penned. Some of very good quality met with excellent'demand. Prices fully equalled lato rates. Graziers wore oper-
ating freely for unfinished and backward sorts Thoro was a medium yarding of fat pigs, which realised lato rates. Tho demand for stores was only moderate.
