COMMISSIONERS TO SETTLE TERMS,

In the House of Commons, Mr. Bonar Law stated that the Government had decided to appoint Commissioners to Kettle the terms of State acquisition of the liquor trade, either in war-time or after the war. The Government favoured icnuisition, but the House of Commons would have an opportunity of considering tho matter before anything was settled. —Renter.
