BRITISH GOVERNMENT

COMPLETING THE RECONSTRUCTION

REPRESENTATION OF THE

DOMINIONS

London, June 14. Mr. Lloyd George is completing 'the reconstruction of the Government. The inclusion of. General Smuts is dependent upon the consent of South Africa. The question of representation of the other dominions has been considered, but it is understood that General Smuts's position is regarded as exceptional. The widespread opposition to Mr. Winston Churchill's inclusion compelled Mr. Lloyd George to remodify his inten-tions.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Aesn.
