ANNUAL MEETINGS WARMLY . APPROVED. London, May 21. Mr Lewis Harcourt, in a letter to a correspondent, warmly approves the idea, of an annual meeting of the Imperial Cabinet. He claims that practically identical proposals were made by the Dominions to the Government in 1912. It may still be found that annual attendance by the Prime Ministers from such distant Dominions as Australia and New Zealand will be inconvenient, but it is possible that continuous representation by another Minister, duly ac, Sted will meet tho difficulty .-A ns.N. 7..
