WIND AND RAIN
Yesterday in Wellington vac windy, but fine, the air being fair'.,' mild for the time of the year. Present indications, states the official forecast, are for freshening northerly to west«rly winds, cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain following shortly, specially on tho West Coast and southern districts. Rain fell in the city last evening.
