BIiIGADIER-GBNISRAL CHAYTOK 1 GETS A DIVISION. Advice ha-s been reoeived by the Defence Minister that Brigadier-General E. W. C. Chaytor has succeeded to tho command ,of a division, a command which should carry the rank of majorgeneral. Colqnel Meldrum is to follow General Chaytor in command of the New Zealand Mounted Brigade.
