PRECARIOUS HOLD OP THE THRONE London, May 18. The "Daily Telegraph's" Athens correspondent states that King Constantine, conversing with, an American, said that Germany's submarine campaign will force the Allies to accept peace negotiations in three months. Hβ had only to tide over that period. The correspondent saw a copy of a protocol signed by array officers, engaging to resist forcibly any of M. Zaimis's measures which were disapproved.
