The Union Company advised yesterday that the Jerry steamer Maori would not commence running in the Wellingtonlyttolton service to-morrow as wae originally intended, and sue may liot even commence running next week. WAB BONUS TO MASTERS AND MATES. As an expression of their Rood feeling towards- the masters and matos of all 6teamers under 600 tons register, the Shipowners' Federation ha.3 decided to grant them an all-round war bonus of £& per month. The bonus is to be paid as from,Harch 1 last, so that at the end of this month those masters and mates affected will have an additional' S$ to draw with, their wagee. ■ Tho existing agreement dates from August 22,1915, and waa to expire on August 2 next. . AccordIng to the above terms thie agreement will continuo in operation until tho termination of the war.
