ANNEXATION PROPAGANDA IN THE ARMY. (Rec. May 7, 8.45 p.m.) Zurich, May 6. A pamphlet which is being circulated throughout the German army, and approved by von Ludendorff (von HmdenChief of Staff), demands that the Central Powers shall annex Belgium, Northern. France, Courland, inland, Serbia; Montenegro, and Egypt; it also demands the formation of a Central African empire, and asserts that the Entente Powers must be deprived of two-thirds of their natural riches* ' The'newspaper "Arbeiter Zeitung"denounces these criminal projects beause they involve the ruin of Germany.—Reuter. >
