DRAWING TO-MORROW.

Voluntary recruiting for the Thirtyfirst Reinforcements closed on Saturday. This draftj which' will be mobilised at the end of June, has not been filled by voluntary enlistment, and a. ballot will be taken to-morrow to provide the balance- of the, recruits required. The shortage exceeds 1000 men, and the number of names to be drawn will be between 4000 and 5000.
