FAILURE TO i NOTIFY CHANGE OP . ADDRESS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. WairQa, April 18. For failing to notify a change of address, as required by the National Service Act, Laurence Folly was fined. 1 £5 in the S.M. Court to-day. Counsel stated that accused had 110 intention of evading military duty, but the constable at Huntly stated that lie asked accused- for his enrolment card, but accused "did not produce it, and said lie had no intention of notifying' a change of address, as the. only thing the authorities could do was to shooi iiira. ;The Magistrate said the authorities made it clear that a change ol address must lie notified.
