London, April 13. 'Americans in London will hold a dedicatory -service at St. Paul's Cathedral on April 20, to commemorate the entry of the United States into the war. Their Majesties the King and Queen, Sir. W. H. Page (American Ambassador), British Cabinet Ministers, and overseas delegates will attend.
