LETTER-CARRIERS' SMOKE CONCERT

The Wellington Letter-Carriers' Social Ghib held its annual smoko concert last evening at Godber's rooms, in Courtenay Place.- Mr. J. Johnston presided over a large attendance, which spent a very pleasant evening. Among the toasts honoured were: "The King," "The Army and Navy," "The Chief Post Office," and "The Letter-Carriers' Social Club." Messrs. Hilliker, Furness, L. Smith, H. F. AVoods, Hay lleynolds, W. Goudie, Evans, Kerr, Crawford, Faleni, and Jupp contributed items to a very .entertaining programme. 4
