From 3rd to 13th APRIL, inclusive, extra express trains will run betwoon Wellington and Auckland as under:— FOR-AUCKLAND-Wellington dep.2.o p.m., Auckland arr. 7.50 a.m. following day. This train will leave Wellington on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but not on Sundays.
On the days on which this train runs, the ordinary 1.10 p.m. Wellington-Auck-land Express tram trill tako passengers from Wellington only for Taihapo and stopping stations beyond Taihape, and for stations beyond Woodville, on Napier line, and will not tako up passengers at any stopping station between Palmerston North and Mercer (both inclusive). FOB WELLINGTON.-Auckland dep. 9.52 p.m., Wellington (Thorndon)arr. 8.59 p.m. following day. This train will leave Auckland on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but not on Saturdays. On the days on which this train runs the ordinary B.SO p.m. Auckland-Welling-ton express train will take passengers from Auckland only for Waioura, Taihape, and stopping stations beyond Taihape, and will not take up passengers at any stopping station between Mercer and Palmerston North (both inclusive) except for and from Waiourn. Tie Up extra express train loavine Wellington at 2.0 p.m. on sth April will connect at Frankton with train leaving that station at 7.10 a.m. on 6th April for Rotorua. The Down extra express train leaving Auckland at 9.52 p.m. on Monday, 9th April, will connect at Frankton with train leaving Rotorua for Frankton at 8.45 p-m. on 9th April. _ The extra express trains will'make the usual stops of the ordinary express trains, and, in'addition, will stop, at Waimarino and Owhango for passengers if required. : EXTRA NIGHT EXPR.ESS TRAIN, ■■;■ WELLINGTON TO AUCKLAND. For the Wairarapa South and Featherston Reserves, on payment of a fee of two pounds (J62) a License to take, four (i) stags' heads and six (6) Hnda may be obtained from the Chief Postmaster at Wellington or from the Postmasters at MasteTton, Carterton, Greytown, Featherston, and Martinborough. For the area containing the blocks formerly known as Hutt and Featherston (Wainui), Horowhenua, and Hntt Counties (Paraparaumu), TaTama Forest Reserve, Taihape, and Shannon, on payment of a fee of 'JVo Pounds (£2) a license to take two stags' heads may be obtained from the Chief Postmaster at Wellington or from the Postmasters at Masterton, Carterton, Featherston, Greytown, Eketahuna, Pahlatnu, Makuri, Pongaroa, Palmeraton North, Paraparaumn, Otaki, Shannon, and Lower Hutt.
