Fat cattlo were rather duller of sale, and tho store sheep sale was also somewhat dragging. Pat lambs were very firm, ' there being' competition between several of the excort firms. Pat sheep also" Bold well, the yarding being the heaviest this year. Store sheep: Mixedsex lambs, 10s. 6d. to 19s. lid.; ewe lambs, 225. The entry exceeded the requirements, and prices dropneA from IDs. to 15s. Best bullocks, £18 10s.; good £14 10s. to £16 10s.; light, £11 Ids. to £13 10s.; medium, good, £9 10s. to £10 10s. Sheep: 2729 -were penned, and the quality was moderate.
