SUICIDE BY HANGING. : By Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, March 21. The body of Bert Rowe, aged 26, was found on Tuesday hanging from a tree in a gully near the township of Urenui. He had been missing since early in December. No causc for the rash act is known. A SAD FATALITY. New Plymouth, March 21.
