SECRET DEAL WITH TURKEY DISCLOSED ■ ! BARGAIN AT BULGARIA'S EXPENSE (Rec. March 22, 0.35 a.m.)' Berno, March 21. • Details have been disclosed of a treaty whiclrpvas hurriedly concluded by'tCtermany on September 7, after Rumania's declaration of war, under which Turkey undertook to send three divisions to tho Galioian front against the Russians, and seven against Rumania, in return for Thracisin territory, at Bulgaria's expense, inoluding tlio port of Dcdoagatch, besides financial aid from tho Central Powers. The Dobrudja and part of Bessarabia was assigned to Bulgaria. Tho dispatch of ton Turkish divisions to tho European fronts greatly facilitated tlio British and Russian successes in Mesopotamia, Armenia, and Southern Palestine. — Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
