A good, attendance of buyers wero present, but bidding was r.ot so animated as at the previous sale, find prices wero somewhat easier. \We mado a total, clearnnco under tho hammer at the following ratos:—Smalt 2-tooth ewes. 235.: 4 and 5-year ewes. 255.; aged ewe*. 14s. 3d. to 195.; forward conditioned ewes, 275. lOd.
The Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd.. report on. their Pahiat.ua stock sale, held lafrt Tuesllay, as follows:— Wo offered a large yarding of sheep and a small entry of cattle to only a, smalt •attendance of buyers.
