Tho Central News agent at Stockholm states that a. well-known business man who bad just returned from Petrograd says that lie saw nothing to confirm tho rumours of a revolutionary movement either in Petrograd or elsewhere in Russia. Anyhow, the rumours were certainly exaggerated. Ho only noticcd a diminution of tho railway traffic, due to a, lack of fuel.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assii. FOOD COMMITTOR WITH WIDE POWERS. (Roc. March 15, 11.10 p.m.) Petrograd, March 15. ■An Extraordinary Food Control Committee has been formed, under the Premier, but the Duma, Zemstvos, and municipalities in the largo towns aro not represented. Tho committee has been given wido authority, and has been charged with the duty of organising and distributing the food, of which there aro largo quantities at Petrograd.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
