FAIR WEATHER
Fair weather, says the official report of the Meteorological Department, still prevails generally throughout the country, though it, has been cloudy and misty in parts, and rain has fallen in Gisborne. In the city and district, yesterday thcro was a continuance of the southerly weather, which freshened during the day, and veered to the south-west. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds, with warm and humid conditions, and fair to cloudy weather.
