NATIONAL RESERVE
Wellington South (0 Company), whose numbere are steadily increasing, paraded on Tuesday evening at the Wellington College grounds, under Captains Ronner and Haase, who put fine company through rigid squad drill. The discipline and energy of this company was commented on by Captain Kenner. The previous week this enthusiastic officer and instructor commenced his first lecture on ambulance work, and this course will 1)e continued nßst Tffssday evening. A special feature of the company is the expeditionary squad which drills byitself under Sergt.Major Ayers. Next week this section will go through a course of musketry. The company is making every item as reforesting as possiblo, to encourngo Reservists and new members. During file evening a silver cup was presented to the shooting committee by Oapt Haase, to be competed lor by members of the company. There are plenty of vacancies for intending members of tlis Second Expeditionary Forces, and full particulars can be obtained from Mr. Perry, Newtown Library.
