Gd., and costs 55.; David Eobertson v. Cnas. Angell, .£l3 35., and costs £1 10s. Gd. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. ' Judgment summons cases'- were dealt with as under:— Ernest H. Dodd was ordered, to pay Jno. Bryant Lane ,£H ss. 9d. by instalments of .£1 10s. per month. W. Thompson was ordered to pay A. B. Greenfield £3 3s. by March 13, or serve three days' imprisonment. Walter- Austin was ordered to .pay Wm. J. Haines ss. by instalments of Bs. per month. Hugh' Cameron was ordered to pay W. Wylie''£t : 'is.'.9d. by March 18, or serve five'days' imprisonment.
DEPENDED ACTIONS. Judgment for plaintiff was given in the case, Bristol Piano Co., Ltd.,- v. Mrs. Jacobs, a claim for the possession of a piano. Defendant was ordored to return the piano, and also to pay costs amounting to .£5. The Scottish Society and the Pipe Band of Wellington proceeded against Mrs.' Mary Sproiile with' a claim for i£so or the return of a drum-major's outfit, which had been Totiiued bv the defendant as security for a certain account owing to her by an ex-drum-major of the band. The latter had led the defendant to understand that the outfit wa3 his .own. His Worship made an order for the- Teturn of the outfit. . Henry Brown, boardinghouse proprietor,, of Willis Street, claimed' from John Langford Pegg the sum of £16, made up chiefly of a charge for board and residence. Judgment was given tor' the plaintiff for with costs £G 12s.
