MILITIA TO BE CALLED UP (Rec. February 16, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, February 15. Tlie Canadian Government is considering calling out the militia 'under the compulsory provisions of the Militia Act, in order to guard the-Amerca' border and release fifty thousand troops in Canada for tho overseas army.
