IN the matter of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and its Amendments and Regulations thereunder, and any and every other Act enabling it in that behalf the Hutt County Council hereby give's public notice that it proposes to raiee a loan of ,£IOOO pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid Acts for the purpose of road construction, including Formation, Metalling, Blinding, and Culverting of Roads and Footpaths in Plimmerton and Plimmerton Extension, and to provide for the repayment of the said Loan the Council proposes to sot apart each year the sum of £61 13s. lOd., to be secured by an annually recurring Special Rate of five-sixths of a penny in the £, made and levied for. a period of 36t years on the capital .value of all rateable property, 6ituato in tho No. 12 Special Rating Area as herein described:— Commencing at the sea beach at the north-western corner of the Motuhaia Block in Block 5, Paekakariki SurveyDistrict, thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary, and easterly along the northern. boundary of tho said Motuhara Block to its northeasternmost corner, and the point of intersection with the Pukerua Track, thence generally southerly along the said Pukerua Track to its point of intersection with the north-eastern boundary of the late Plimmerton Rood District, thence generally south-easterly alouj? the said north-eastern boundary and southerly along tho eastern boundary, and easterly along the north-eastern boundary to the shores of the Porirua Harbour, , thence generally southerly, westerly, and northerly along the shores of Ihe said Porirua Harbour, and the sea coast to the point of commencement.
