[A message received on January J.b stated it was estimated that there wero 400 casualties by the blowing up of the Japanese battle-cruiser Tsukuba at Yokosnka.. The Tsukuba. was a. vee- < sol of 13,750 tons, completed in 1907. She carried 4 12in. guns, 12 6in., 12 4 7in , three toi-pedo tubes and smaller ... arms. Her complement was 817 officers ■ and men.]
