GIGANTIC SWINDLES
GERMAN ARMY CONTRACTS. Copenhagen, January 14. German newspapers are appealing t« the publio to assist the Parliamentary Committee that is investigating gigantic swindles connected with army contracts. Contractors have made lrago profits through tlio-war. and the newspapers suggest that there is a suspicion that tho Army lias been the victim of foul play.
