SENSATION CAUSED BY KING'S SPEECH Copenhagen, January 14. At the opening of the Storthing the Bang's Speech stated that the Danish Government has earnestly endeavoured to maintain strict neutrality, but, owing to the conflicting interests of the belligerents, disagreements could not be avoided. It suggested the appointment of a committee to' assist the Government in regard to foreign affairs. The newspapers state that the roferonco to disagreements caused a great sensation.—Aus.-N.Z.
