The mine manager of the Hauraki Reefs reports, under date June 2, as follows:— Stoping has beoii in hand over the No. 3 level during the past "week, and good crushing dirt came-to hand. A good deal of gold was seeu, but nothing to class as picked stone "was saved. In the No. 3 face a .well-defined reef in good country, continues. The crosscut from tho intermediate level to cut the TVynyardton reef and drain the winze is well in hand. # In .the east face of the "Wynyardton "workings driving was continued on the reef, and a little gold was seen. SULPHIDE CORPORATION. Messrs. Gibbs, Bright, and Co., Melbourne, agents of the Sulphide Corporation. Ltd., have received the following "cable message from the head office;. London:—"Referring to the amalgamation with the Central Zinc Corporation, dated June .1, meetings of the Sulphide and Central Zinc Corporations "were held to-day, and tho resolution $ < confirmed as special resolutions." 1
