One of the main items on tho programme is tho great pageant of Shakespearean characters,' which is to open the programme each evening by parading through tho audience and up on to the stage. The costumes for the_ pageant have all been made from designs by Mrs. J. The reet of the programme will consist of short dialogues and character sketches, all of which will bo performed in the correct costumes of the "period.
