All boohs and sample-packets and newspapers for- placcs within the Dominion must be posted half an hour before tho ordinary letter-mail closes.
Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and 'parcels-post packagea must be banded in and money-orders obtained one hour before tho ordinary mail closes.
