Colonel Roosevelt's now book, "Peat God and Take Your Own Part," will bo published on Thursday. The author attacks "Hyphenated-Americanism," which ho signalises.as national emasculation, and accuses President AVilson ol his stoiul II P for ie Belgians, avenge the Lusitania crime, and punish Mexico for the outrages in that country. Ho charges tho German-Ameri-cans with opposing America's defenca programme, and wanting to turn tho country into a larger Belgium, an easy prey whenever Germany desires to seize it.
