5 Messrs. J. A. Bruce, and J. Lush have ' taken over the business of estate agents, . eliarebrokers, valuators, and insurance agents which for the past seventeen years lias been carried on by Messrs. Wm. H. " Turnbull and Co., at 27 Panama Street. > Mr. Bruce ha 3 been with the firm sinco i its inception,' and Mr. Lush for the past 1 twelve years. They arc both well known • in tho city, and have an accurate knowledge of city and suburban values. Mr. Lush holds secretaryships for various companies, tho latest being thai of tho Crown Theatre Company, which was iloated by the old firm, and for which tho building is now nearing completion. Mr. Bruce will continue to handle tho linn's sharebroking business. The firm's property department will be' looked alter by Mr. AV. 11. Brewer, who is well known as an experienced property salesman. An announcement apears in this issue wherein Mr. AY; H. Turnbull thanks the public for past cordial support, and requests all old clients to favour the new ■ firm wiih a continuance of their business.
