INTERIM INJUNCTION AGAINST WHARF LABOURERS " UNION (Rec. January 27, 10.25 p.m.) Sydney, January 27., The Conrt has granted an interim ill-i junction restraining the "Wharf Labourers' Union from interfering with a wharf labourer named Neilsen, who is a naturalised German, and preventing him from obtaining employment, pending the action for £150 damages which is being taken in the matter stated.
