Petrograd, December 6. 'According to information from Buchaiest, the Goeben, in the fight with the Russian Block Sea Squadron, received serious injuries, including the crippling of the second turret and of.the fighting tower whence commands aie issued during firing. / Four or five Russian shells caused this extensive damage to the big Turkish; ship. The Goeben is now under repair at Izmid in the 'Sea of Marmora-, workmen having been specially brought from Germany for the purpose. The Turks iire oonfident that the Goeben-swill within a fortnight be again ready to take an active part in the Black Sea operations. . . It is reported from Sevastopol tlat the Turkish cruiser Hamidieh returned home with a serious list. It is supposed that she struck one of the Turkish mines. which lave been so plentifully sown about the Black Sea coasts in accordance with German ideas of naval warfare. —"Morning Post."?."
