In the Supreme Court on Satuwky a Settlement was arrived at in the rase O.f William Charles Alfred Diinocfe v. Mary Ann Wiikins, of Upper Hiiit, and th# Public 'JYnstco. Mr. A.. A. S. Mei-rteatU, counsel for Pimock, stated on Saturday morning that Dim-oak was pr&pai-ed to* rotransfer the farm to Mrs. Wilfcrns when <ive*ythinf* owing was repaid to him, ajw the costs of the action paid. His Honour tho Ohiet Justice (Sir Rabert St*mt), who .presided , in the Court, oxpre-jsed pleasure at BimOek's having taken this coarse.
