Yorkshire pudding. Peach (art. Baked custard pudding. suppfi;. Cold beef. Salad. Oyster paltie. Trifle, Meringue. PUFF PASTHY. One pound flour, lib. butter, lemon juice, wilt, cold water. Press tho butter in a cloth into a flat square cake. Sift the flour and salt into a basin. Make a well, and mix to a stiff paslo with cold water; knead for 10 minutes; roll out; put tho butter on onehalf of tho pastry, fold tho other half over, and seal tho edges; turn with tho folded side on your left hand; roll again, and fold, again, and repeat this until tho pastry lias been rolW and folded Bovcn times in all; then roll out tho size required; uso this for oyster patties and for peach tart.
