One pint and a quarter of water, four ounces-sugar, three'lonious, white of two Eggs, one ounce gelatine. ■ ..Soak".'the gelatine in half of the water, ind put tho remainder' of the water on the fire/ with sugar and rind of lemon; bbil'ten minutes; add gelatine, stir until dissolved; strain, add the lemon juice, awl let it get nearly-cold; whip up the whites of the eggs stiffly, beat into tho eyrup,until'it becomes a'firm froth; colour, half pink and dish in rough pieces on a gla'ss'dish. ■:"■;.•: FOR TO-MORROW.
