Prince Eitel-Friedrich, the Kaiser's third son, -will launch the Ersatz Frithjof, Germany's eighth Dreadnought,' at the Baltic port of Danzig on Juno 18. She belonged to the 1809 financial programme, and was laid down before the end of the preceding year. The battleship P'isen, the preceding Dreadnought, was completed and went to sea fifteen months after she was launched.
