This is the MAXIMUM authorised by the ratepayers. SINKING FUND—Ten shillings pe! centum. * SECURITY.—An annual special rate of 16 l-3rd pence in the <£ on tho annual' rateable value of all property in the Borough, such rate to be an { annually recurring rata until the loan is repaid. DEBENTURES will be issued to the lender under "The Local Bodies' . Loans Act," r* arable on 30th June, 1944, secured the said special rate. Tenderers are specially requested to note that the Council prefers to and will be prepared to' receive the money by equal quarterly, half-yearly, or annual instilruents extending over a period of three' years, and so that interest' will begin to run on each instalment on tho date when it is received by the Council. Tenderers are' requested to state on what date they will be prepared to pay over tho first instalment, and to set out fully the terms on which tliey aro prepared to advance the money. Tenders must be sent in sealed packets addressed to the Town CleTk and marked "Borough Loan," and must be in the hands of the said. Town Clerk not later than Noon on MONDAY, the 16th day of May, 1910. 1 A special. meeting of the Council will bo held immediately afterwards' to open and consider tenders. ■The Council shall not be bound necessarily to' acoept any tender.
