The Te Aro to Napier Mail Train WILL NOT TAKE PASSENGERS from Featherston and Greytown for Carterton. This train will, if required, stop at Mungaroa to take up passengers for Carterton. The Napier to Te Aro Mail Train will take passengers from Cartertou for Mungaroa and stopping places south ol' Cross Creek only. 7485 BY ORDER. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. MASTERTON RACES AT OPAKI, OCTOBER 29 and 30. Holiday excursion tickets, available for return until NOVEMBER 2, will be obtainable (except where ordinary fares aro less) from Woodrille, Mauriceville, and intermediate stations to Masterton, and from Te Aro, Groytown, Clarevillo, and intermediate stations to Opaki on 29th, and by Morning Trains on OCTOBER 30. The tickets to Masterton will be available for break of journey at Opaki only; those for Opaki ,'at Masterton only. • Return Train will leave Opaki Racecourse at 5.35 p.m., connecting at Masterton with train for Greytown and Wellington.
