UNITARIAN ANNUAL MEETING. A very-satisfactory report was submitted at tho annual .meeting of tho Unitarian Freo Church, over which Mr. J. Gammell presided. It was stated that Dr. Tudor Jones had handed to the treasurer £1200, collected for the purchase of tho church site in Ingestre Street, and had more to follow. His etl'orts had been admirably seconded by Mrs. Jones. Dr. Tudor Jones had agreed to remain in AVellington, instead of returning to England next .April, as was originally intended. Votes of thanks were passed to tho committee and other helpers. Dr. Tudor Jones also expressed his gratitude for the assistance which ho had received during the year. PRESBYTERIAN MODERATOR3HIP. Tho Presbyteries of AYellington, Wanganui and Hawko's Bay have nominated tho Rev. I. Jolly, of Palmerston North, as Moderator of the New Zealand Presbyterian Assembly for 1909. Tho Mataura and Christchurch Presbyteries have nominated the Rev. J. H. M'Kenzie, of Napier, and tho Clutha Presbytery has nominated the. ller. G. B. Inglis, of Ashburton. Tho Rev. AA r . M'Ara, of Kaikoura, is tho nominee of tho Nelson Presbytery. EVANGELIST VISITORS. Tho Itov. Dr. AYilber. Chapman, Mr. Charles Alexander, and the Rev. F. B. Meyer are expected to arrive in Australia in May next, under the auspices of tho Australian Evangelisation Society. From Australia they will como to New Zealand.
